Records Division

 
The Records Division is the central division for all of the department's records which includes accident investigations and investigative reports.

Our Records Division is open:
Monday: 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Tuesday-Wednesday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Thursday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM-12:00PM

Traffic Unit

The Traffic Unit is responsible for erecting all traffic signs throughout the City of Torrington, conducting traffic surveys and issuing parking tickets.The traffic unit also coordinates all extra duty officers.
The Traffic Unit is open Monday -  Friday 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
